Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a trial version of Cādocon Pro II ?	Yes, there is! And you do NOT need to be registered user to run it. It is a fully functional version that you can use as much as you want for 30 days from the date of installation.
Does Cādocon Pro II require an internet connection to operate?	NO! It does not.
After I purchase Cādocon Pro II , how quickly will I receive my license(s)?	Usually within just a few hours. But it could take up to 48 hours. However, that is very rare.
Does Cādocon Pro II require Adobe Acrobat in order to generate PDF files?	No. It does not. It has its own built in PDF creation engine. You only need Acrobat Reader, Foxit, or some other PDF viewing tool to view the resultant PDF files. However, if you wish to edit a resultant PDF file, you will need Adobe Acrobat, Foxit Phantom, or some other PDF editing program.
With which versions of Acrobat are the files generated by Cādocon Pro II compatible?	8, 9, 10, 11 (so far)
Does Cādocon Pro II require Java be installed on the computer?	NO!
Will Cādocon Pro II run on a Mac?	Not natively. However, there are inexpensive Windows emulators for the Mac that you can install that will allow you to run Cādocon Pro II on your Mac.
Will Cādocon Pro II run on Windows 10?	YES!
How fast is Cādocon Pro II ?	Cādocon Pro II is VERY fast. It should convert a typical document in seconds. Of course this depends on the size of the file and the resources on your computer (RAM, CPU speed, etc). It slows down a little bit when it hits a "bad" PDF page, but it usually can convert those pages.
Does Cādocon Pro II skip pages?	NO! In all our testing to date (over 8 years as of this update) nobody has reported any skipped pages. As far as we know, it converts every page. Please note though that if a page is truly corrupted then no converter will be able to work with it.
